I have had the machine for just a week but wow! The first time I used it it was like having a new baby. It was so quiet I kep popping back to make sure it was breathing and when it spun, it no longer sounds like we have a helicopter trying to take off. Delighted to date. BUT EVEN MORE DELIGHTED by the service we received from 247 Appliances. The staff were polite, went out of their way to get it to us within 5 days, phoned on the day to arrange the time and then again to say they were on their way. When they arrived I broke it to them that the machine had to go upstairs. Now this is the heaviest machine on the market but though their breath expired and the sweat flowed liberally so did their friendliness and jokes. They were helpful, polite, gave sensible advice about how to adapt the flooring to suit the machine, plumbed it in and checked that it worked and still left with a laugh and a cheerful farewell. Even my 16 year old son - and you know their views of the world - said how good the service was. Rare praise and this whole company deserve it.
